Educators in Delaware public schools are evaluated using the Delaware Performance Appraisal System.  The system, which became DPAS II in 2007, was revised in 2009 to include state testing to Component 5.  The system changes on a regular basis. This section provides direct links to the relevant sections of the Department of Education's website, as well as up-to-date information on proposed changes to DPAS..

DPAS-II for Teachers

DPAS II is Delaware’s statewide educator evaluation system. As a statewide system, DPAS II establishes consistent educator and student performance expectations and outcomes across all schools. This page displays information and links related to the DPAS II for Teachers evaluation system.
