Transferring Your Membership

 

Please Note: Online membership transfer is only available until August 31st.

Directions:

1.  Log into your NEA edCommunities Profile. Don’t have one?

2.  Navigate to the My Profiles tab

 

 

3. Select the "Membership Details" icon

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Select the "2022" option

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.  Select the red "Make Changes to this Membership/Employment" icon 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.  Prompt: Are you working in a new state?

a.  If you are transferring from another state that has Join Now, select Yes

b.  If you are transferring from one Delaware District to another select No

c.  If you are transferring from one membership category to another in the same district (I.e. paraprofessional, teacher, etc…) select No

 

7.  Select Continue

 

8.  Fill out the enrollment form
