Aspiring Educators

Aspiring Educators are college students pursuing careers as educators and belong to the DSEA Aspiring Educators.

Teachers & Specialists

DSEA’S teachers and specialists are experts in their content area, counseling, health care, speech, language, and so much more. They educate Delaware’s public school students and provide services to students and families in need.

Education Support Professionals

DSEA Education Support Professionals (ESPs) include the paraprofessionals, secretaries, food service workers, custodians, and transportation workers who help to educate the whole child. They keep our schools running and our students safe, healthy, and ready to learn every day.

Standing Strong for Student Success

DSEA represents the over 12,000 classroom teachers, specialists, and education support professionals working in Delaware public schools. These individuals are dedicated to providing the best educational opportunities to the 130,000 Delaware students.
