1 in every 40 Delawareans is a DSEA member. We serve the state, in classrooms and colleges, libraries and laboratories, city halls, and state offices.

DSEA's Education Support Professional members take care of our children every day and make sure they have the tools they need to succeed in our schools and classrooms.

Retired Educators

DSEA Retired members continue to demonstrate their commitment to public education, long after their formal careers ended. They continue to advocate for the rights and interests of all members and provide valuable information to retired public education employees.

Aspiring Educators

DSEA Aspiring Educators Program brings together college students from Delaware universities who are studying to become public school educators.

DSEA represents the over 12,000 classroom teachers, specialists, and education support professionals working in Delaware public schools. These individuals are dedicated to providing the best educational opportunities to the 130,000 Delaware students.
