Officers & Executive Board
Our dedicated officers and executive board members are passionate educators and public school employees from across Delaware. They are dedicated to advocating for our members' rights and advancing the quality of education throughout the state.
DSEA's leadership is comprised of our President, Vice President, Treasurer, NEA Director, and members of the Executive Board.

DSEA Officers

DSEA members across the state cast ballots to elect the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and NEA Director.

DSEA Executive Board

The DSEA Executive Board is the decision-making body governing DSEA. They meet monthly, as well as on an emergency basis, to discuss, approve, and execute the policies and programs voted on by the DSEA Representative Assembly.

DSEA represents the over 12,000 classroom teachers, specialists, and education support professionals working in Delaware public schools. These individuals are dedicated to providing the best educational opportunities to the 130,000 Delaware students.
